Edge bands are the strips of different materials used to cover the edges of the melamine boards that the furniture industry needs to manufacture the pieces in its catalogues. The different types of edge bands for melamine have different properties that need to be taken into account.<\/span><\/p>

Its mission is to provide additional aesthetic value to each board, by covering the sides of the chipboard or MDF board and giving it special protection against heat and humidity, as well as making it more resistant to knocks and scratches, thus increasing its durability.
