We have been working for some time on Arauco\u2019s new collection for their coated boards, Balance-Velvet. For this collection, we have prepared a selection of 12 different melamine edgebanding designs. This collection features 3 wood designs, 3 marble inspired designs, 4 unicolours and 2 metallic shades.<\/p>

This collection does not only come with new designs, Arauco brings as a novelty the application of Copptech technology. During the impregnation of the melamine paper, copper salts are added to the paper that covers the boards, this technology protects the board from COVID-19 and bacteria by 99.9%.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

This collection is designed so that the wood or marble type designs are complemented with the unicolours, neutral tones with an ultra-matt finish that fits in any design space. These unicolours are Carbon, a washed black tone and Himalaya, a beige tone, two neutral tones that are a sure hit with any combination, Taupe and Humo, an olive green and a cement blue, for more daring combinations.<\/p>

The stone designs are inspired by marble, Vizcaya, Antalya and Marmara, from the darkest to the lightest add a natural and elegant look to this collection with black, brown and white with typical marble veins. This design offers elegance, tranquillity and balance to any room.<\/p>

To finish the collection, we have two metallic tones. These two tones are dark and greyish tones typical of metallic, the novelty is the new super matte texture capable of imitating the appearance of natural metallic gloss.<\/p>

At Protecnic, we have developed the entire collection of melamine edgebanding tape with the perfect shade for each of the designs, with more than 40 different pores and more than 50 rollers, we have achieved the shades, designs and the matt and ultra-matt finish that these materials demand. In addition, as we are manufacturers, we can adjust the design to the customer\u2019s taste.<\/p>

All these combinations are designed to complement each other, creating modern and harmonious spaces.
