Edgebanding PVC/ABS
PVC and ABS edges are much more than just a decorative detail for melamine boards. They complete the product and serve as protection for the daily use of furniture pieces. They are generated in a continuous flow of work through the advanced plastic extrusion processes that we have in our facilities.
Laser Edgebanding
Using laser edging techniques favors a level of precision that makes it possible to visually eliminate the joint between the melamine board and the edge, so that it looks like a single continuous piece. It shares with the rest of Protecnic products its versatility in terms of width, thickness and design.
Self-adhesive cover caps
The screw covers complete the range of solutions that Protecnic offers to the furniture industry, thus taking care of up to the maximum detail of the furniture that uses melamine boards in its configuration. They can be manufactured according to any design and model, in the same way as the edges.
T-molding
The angles of the furniture are not always straight. The silhouettes are curved to give rise to different designs. To respond to the needs of our customers, we have the flexible edge among Protecnic products. Able to adapt to any undulation of the wood. Providing a differentiated aesthetic and greater resistance, better preserving the integrity of the furniture.
Tambour doors
We have perfected the plastic extrusion technique beyond counter-typing and technical profiles to adapt to the segment of blinds used as sliding doors in metal and melanin cabinets and other storage solutions. They are manufactured in slats that meet the quality standards of the furniture industry and conform to the measures required by the manufacturer.
Profiles and extrusions
At Protecnic we have our own team that designs, develops and optimizes tools. Thus, we manage to manufacture the special profiles that meet the specific requirements of our clients, thus responding to the diverse needs of the furniture industry. Our catalog of special profiles exceeds one hundred references.
